When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.
You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options:
• Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $10, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.
• On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour. On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.
• Loading Zones: There is a loading zone directly in front of the 80 N. Lexington Avenue entrance. If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

Very convenient location - we walked or took short Uber rides everywhere we went. Super clean and comfortable- will definitely stay there again if we’re in the Asheville area. Highly recommended! Super clean and beautifully decorated! Great accommodations!
This property really is beautiful! Very nicely decorated and comfortable! The only negative we had was in regards to the parking across the street on Lot 26 (Mclauren). The parking app wouldn’t work so we had to physically go to the lot multiple times to add time. And you can’t add it until it expires so my husband had to go down at midnight also we could avoid being towed. If you rent this beautiful apartment, park in a deck somewhere; it will be worth the walk!
This fabulous condo in downtown Asheville was absolutely perfect! The interior is beautiful. The on line photos represent the home well and every bit of the space was very comfortable. I loved the giant sunny windows and in particularly, the turquoise leather chair. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Asheville. Updated, chic, and clean. Not noise free but the bedroom is central in the apartment and a noise machine and earplugs are provided if needed. Easy access and entry! Parking right across the street is convenient although if doing a daily rate you have renew it at 5 am. Otherwise there is another parking lot one black over. Def recommend the parking app for the city! All amenities needed are provided! Comfy bed and couch. Only negative would be the shower controls are quite picky- you have to put it juust right to get hot water. I also recommend keeping the heavy bathroom door shut at night as there is a vent flap somewhere up in the ceiling that swings shut sometimes. Very minor things and well worth it for the location, beautiful antique building and scenery. You really can’t go wrong with this place! Also the property managers were very understanding when I left my very important pillow there- they shipped it back to me promptly. Book now!

Staying anywhere downtown is without noise, but that can be very subjective depending on what a visitor is accustom to in their own home. We feel street noise is barely noticeable. Guests should to take a look at the parking details mentioned in the listing as wells as instructions we share prior to arrival. A quick look at downtown Asheville's area on google maps indicate multiple public parking garages for a maximum of $12/day, or metered parking spaces for $1.50/hour and free on Sundays and after 6pm nightly. Asheville visitors with a car can download the PassPort Parking app to easily pay for parking in most locations. Sounds like you all figured it out with ease! The place was ideal for a couple who wants to explore downtown AVL. The amenities and everything we needed was available and thought through. We bought a handful of groceries and didn’t need to get in the car for 72 hours. Really ideal location and very clean and easy to access everything. Would absolutely come back.

This loft is sexy. I know that’s a strange way to describe and apartment but that’s the word that comes to mind. Beautiful and clean as a whistle. You won’t find a more convenient location. Downtown Asheville is right out your front door.

Location was ideal if you want to enjoy downtown Asheville. Accommodations matched photos provided. You could tell a lot of thought was put into designing and styling this apartment. It was very quiet during our stay. Long term parking was easy to access and one block away.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown and walkable to everything! A little loud but very well decorated and cozy.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.The bedrooms are situated in the center with no windows. We provide guests with fans, noise machines and ear plugs because we understand some guests may not be accustom to downtown living.
It is a nice home away from home. Within walking distance of most anything you would need. The only downside I could see would be no designated parking space. Aside from that it was great.

Uber/Lyft drivers are happy to take pedestrian bound guests to and from other local destinations.
