When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.
You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options:
• Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $10, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.
• On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour. On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.
• Loading Zones: There is a loading zone directly in front of the 80 N. Lexington Avenue entrance. If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

My husband and I spent two nights in this amazing apartment. It's beautiful, very well-appointed, and there are many unexpected touches that made our stay even better. We didn't have any issues with outside noise, but still really appreciated the inclusion of a box fan in the bedroom. Awesome night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. We also loved the French press and other great amenities in the kitchen. The location is perfect. We parked our car for the entire trip and walked everywhere. Amazing bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved this well-located, spacious, extremely stylish apartment! Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Asheville. The apartment was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see/ eat in the downtown area. Parking, while not free, was easy to locate and extend via an online app. The apartment itself was comfortable, quiet, and clean. I'd love to go back and would certainly recommend it!
Such a beautiful place to stay. I have been remodeling houses for 30 years and can tell you that the quality of the materials and furnishings is first class. There are several rental units on this floor and would recommend picking this unit if available. It does not share a wall with any other unit, and completely quiet.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here over 4th of July weekend. The apartment is very clean and the cool decor makes it fun to hang out in. Bathroom especially was really nice. Location is right in the middle of Asheville on Lexington which is the coolest street in the city in our opinion.

This condo was perfect for our needs. The unit is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and utility, chicly decorated and spotlessly clean. The location allowed us to do without a car and easily walk (and occasionally uber) everywhere we wanted to go. This was one of the nicest HomeAway locations we have rented. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again.

This place is terrific. Beautifully decorated. Stocked with everything you could need. Impeccably clean. Location is great. If you want to enjoy downtown Asheville for a weekend I don’t know how you could do better than this place. The only negative is that the water pressure in the shower is very weak.

We had an excellent stay, and were very glad to be so centrally located to so many great restaurants and breweries. The only very slight negative I can even think of was that the water pressure in the shower was poor, but everything else was awesome!

When I saw this listing on VRBO, I jumped on it! The pictures are just a taste of how amazing this location really is. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately clean. We took full advantage of the little coffee bar that included fresh coffee and a French press. We liked using the electric kettle so much that we purchased one for home use! The king sized bed was comfortable and appointed with lovely linens and lots of pillows. So many nice little touches here from the complementary bottle of wine, to the white noise machine, to the chic reed diffuser made this space incredibly welcoming. The laundry facilities were also brand new and came in very handy. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Asheville. You can walk to a handful of breweries, countless restaurants, and lots of cool boutiques. There is no parking associated with the apartment, but a public (overnight) parking deck is a little over a block away and is $12 for overnight parking.

Access to the laundry room with a full capacity washer and dryer is provided to our guests between 8am-11am, and 4pm-9pm. Complimentary use of laundry detergent is also included.
Killer Urban Chic Design throughout entire apartment. Comfortable furnishings, wonderful amenities, and a well stocked kitchen. Apartment is perfectly located to restaurants, jazz clubs, and all of the great shopping that Asheville has to offer. At 80 Lex Park your car and walk to everything you want to see during your stay!
