When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.

You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options:

• Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $15, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX on Rankin Ave; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.

• On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour. On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.

• Loading Zones: There is one right in from If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).
