If you need additional parking for a second vehicle or for a larger sized vehicle , we can provide alternative spots upon arrival at no extra cost.This is a dog-friendly property, but not cat-friendly. Please do not leave your dog unattended outside or inside. Please remember to pick-up pet waste. Please do not use bath towels wipe wet paws. We ask that pet owners to bring their own dog towels, food bowls, and bedding. No pets on the furniture. If furniture has been stained or damaged by a dog, guests may be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This is multi-tenanted building, with free parking.
Please note that, as often is the case when staying in a downtown neighborhood, you will inevitably have encounters with folks from all walks of life, including members of the unhoused population of our city. Among the neighbors on our street, is a service center that helps folks find housing and you will no doubt see some of their clients as you are walking down the street. We welcome you to read our reviews and notice that by and large, our guests feel safe and unbothered by this fact. Moreover, Downton Annie is a secure building with security cameras, locks, and the local police are never far if you feel unsafe but we want our guests to be able to have all of the facts at hand so they can choose in accordance with their level of comfort, as you will read in the reviews that it's not for everyone.
