When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.
You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options:
• Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $10, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.
• On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour . On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.
• Loading Zones: There is a loading zone directly in front of the 80 N. Lexington Avenue entrance. If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

This property was awesome , clean , well stocked, and bed was incredibly comfortable ... the owner thought of everything we might have needed. The location was fantastic we parked across street $12 per day and never had to leave , all of downtown Asheville was within walking distance ... we will come back

Great experience at 80 N. Lexington unit 201! Everything was just as advertised. Extremely clean, and extremely well taken care of. It is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, easy walking. It also seems like a very safe area. We had a great time!

What a great weekend! The apartment is amazing and well decorated. It has everything one needs for visiting Asheville. Easy access/entry, comfortable living area, full kitchen and just fun to hang out and enjoy downtown living. The bottle of wine and snacks were very thoughtful! The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and breweries nearby. We parked our car at the Rankin garage and walked everywhere. Thank you for an amazing stay. We loved every minute of our trip!

This is an amazing property! I'm always skeptical when online reviews are rated 5* (because nearly everything is "five star" these days...). This is one VRBO listing that deserves all the rave reviews! Immaculately clean, particularly the kitchen. Great sets of cookware, coffee, spices. Small details that make you feel welcomed. Excellent shower. Plush towels (and plenty of them). We felt very safe with the 3 separate key pads for entry. We parked overnight at the garages 1 block away for $12/day. Starting Sunday evening at 6pm the street parking is free until Monday morning, so we took advantage of Sat evening/Sunday to save 1 day of paid parking. Easily walk-able to all the breweries, bars, shops, and restaurants. Thanks 80 Lexington! Why pay the same rate to stay at a small hotel room, when you can have you own larger place?!

We absolutely loved this property. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We parked our car on Thursday and didn't move it till Sunday. We walked everywhere, so convenient. The condo is in a good location and well equipped. We plan to come back here again and will most definitely stay here again. building is super quiet as well.

We thought the actual apt. was better than the pics.....I was afraid it might be dark, but it had a very cool industrial chic style & we wanted for nothing.The ease of entering and exiting was easy and private. Being on the second floor above a retail shop was quiet day and night .We easily walked to every fabulous restaurant.... if you’ve never visited Asheville,please know that COMFORTABLE shoes are a MUST downtown! I have already recommended 80 Lex/. 201 to friends in New Orleans!

Great place to stay! Perfect for our weekend plans. Right in downtown Asheville with lots of shops & restaurants to walk to. Clean and renovated with a modern concept. There was no outside noise and we weren't disturbed by other residents/ guests. We recommended this studio to another couple to enjoy!

The location was perfect. We were able to walk all over downtown. Also, we loved the decor. We hardly wanted to leave the building. The entrance codes on the doors worked great and we felt very safe there. The instructions we received on parking ahead of time were very helpful, and I used the parking app while we were in town. We had a great stay and would suggest this location to others.

The Condo is very cozy, upscale, super clean and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights! I would recommend unloading car on the street or in the gravel lot across the street and do long term parking in the civic center garage. We will definitely stay here again! Be sure to check out Chicken Alley behind the condo building! Especially, if you like photography!

Extremely warm and inviting apartment. Cozy place for romantic getaway which mine was. Close to anything you could possibly want to see downtown. It rained for 2 days while we were there and we still did everything we wanted to. Sarah was amazing at communicating and making everything easy.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. The only one thing I would suggest is extra lighting in the bathroom. A magnifying makeup mirror would be awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

My wife and I stayed at 80 Lex for our anniversary. The apartment had a perfect location and had its own funky vibe that fit right in with the city. Tons of restaurants and breweries were within walking distance. Great place for a weekend getaway. The apartment was super clean and as-pictured. It came fully stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. No complaints.

Amazing Place! The lighting was a little dark, especially in the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable, great location so close to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Would be nice to use resident parking. Although there was other available parking it was cumbersome to manage. Count on additional costs for the parking. Loved the secure entrance and convenient keyless entry. Would definitely stay again!!

We are always happy to provide any additional details guests may need to know, not mentioned on our website listings: guests at 80 LEX with a car can locate parking for $12/day in the nearby public parking garages on Rankin Ave or the gravel parking lot in front of the property on N. Lexington Avenue and metered street parking for $1.50/hr -$2.00/hr. all over downtown , which is free after 5:30pm-7am M-F and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
