When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.
You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options:
• Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $10, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.
• On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour. On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.
• Loading Zones: There is a loading zone directly in front of the 80 N. Lexington Avenue entrance. If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

Blown away by this upscale apartment! We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and this could not have been a better experience! The detail that went into decorating this apartment truly showed. Had everything you needed! We didn’t want to leave! Location was great and also quiet considering it was downtown. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot, right in the heart of downtown. A great way to pretend like you live in the heart of downtown Asheville for a few days. The property is beautiful, accurately represented, and spotless. Bed linens were clean, fresh, and of good quality (important for me). Finding the location of the property could be a little difficult if you had not reached out to the property manager beforehand. I had expected that information regarding checkin and accessing the rental would automatically be sent either through the app or by email. That wasn’t the case and I had to use the phone number listed for issues. Once I called and left a voice mail someone texted me the information regarding accessing time the property. Felt a little strange, but as this was my first time renting a property like this I really have nothing to compare it to. However, the response was super fast and I felt satisfied with the interaction. I would definite recommend this spot to anyone visiting Asheville and wanting to experience downtown Asheville and surrounding area with a more local and genuine vibe (rather than staying in a large hotel that can be lead to a rather touristy taste).

The apartment was very clean, well decorated and nice amenities. The location is great for shopping and local restaurants are all within walking distance. The one suggestion we have is to install some type of shade up on the sky light. The light is nice but too overpowering and bright, especially in the morning. We will definitely look to book another unit at this location in the future...

My husband and I stayed at 80 N. Lexington 203 for 4 nights and were so impressed with the apartment! Super clean, comfortable, great design with high end finishes, and in a great location to walk to dinner and shopping. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
